Shipping Policy for Coragold Fine Jewelry

At Coragold Fine Jewelry, we take great care in crafting and delivering your fine jewelry. Below, we outline our shipping policies, processing times, and responsibilities for shipping related to heirloom pieces, repairs, and resizing.
Processing & Shipping Times
• Made-to-Order Pieces: Ship within 4-8 weeks from the order date.
• Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Ship within 3-5 business days after purchase.
• Custom Orders: Typically ship within 10 weeks, depending on the level of customization.
We strive to complete and ship all orders within the estimated timeframes, but due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, delays may occasionally occur. We will notify you if additional time is required.
Shipping Costs & Insurance
• Free Insured Shipping: Orders over $2,000 qualify for free insured shipping within the United States.
• Orders under $2,000 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.
• All packages over $2,000 are fully insured during transit, and a signature may be required upon delivery.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping (Repairs, Resizing & Heirloom Pieces)
For any heirloom redesign services, repairs, or resizing requests, the customer is responsible for shipping items to Coragold Fine Jewelry. We strongly recommend:
• Using insured and trackable shipping services when sending jewelry to us.
• Properly packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely.
• Noting that Coragold Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit when shipping items to us.
Once the service is completed, we will securely ship your item back to you using our insured shipping service.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are an international customer and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing to discuss shipping availability, costs, and customs duties that may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery status. If you do not receive a tracking update within the estimated processing time, please reach out to us.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we work with reliable carriers, unexpected shipping delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
