Because our jewelry is custom-made and often personalized, all sales are final. We encourage customers to review all product details, ring sizes, and design choices carefully before placing an order. What If There’s an Issue with My Order?
While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive your jewelry and notice a problem, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and determine how we can make it right, which may include:
