FAQ
THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS
-
When will my order ship?Timelines for each ring are on the listing. Please be patient as each ring is made to order. If there is a delay and it will fall outside of the expected time, I will contact you and let you know.
-
What kind of shipping do you offer? We offer free shipping through UPS on all orders.
-
Do you ship internationally? We do ship internationally to select countries with increased shipping and customs fees. Please contact us if you are unsure if we ship to your country.
-
What is the custom process like?Once you contact me with your idea, we will start out with a deposit. After that, I will give you a few mock ups based on my estimates of your stone sizes. If we are starting from scratch, this process will be abit quicker. Once we decide on a rough design I’ll have you send your stones. After I recieve the stones I’ll get a final design based on exact measurements. Once I get the final OK from you, I’ll send the design to be cast. Once it is cast and sent to me I’ll set your stones and it’ll be yours!
-
Do you offer custom listings?Yes! Please email us at gretchen@coragoldfine.com or use the contact form to submit your ideas.
-
Can you use my gold I already have?Yes! I can recycle your gold into your new casting. The gold can be refined to any color as well. There may be additional gold needed depending on the karat you currently have and the karat you want. We may also need to add gold depending on the design itself and the amount of gold needed.
-
How do I ship my stones to you?The best way is to use USPS insured shipping. If you are sending loose diamonds, you can only use USPS. If the stones are still set, you can use UPS or FEDEX if you prefer, it will just be more expensive.
-
Can I customize a ring design you already have?Absolutely! Send us a message and we can make it happen.
-
What type of stones do you work with?We source ethical stones of all kinds including lab grown diamonds, natural canadian diamonds, lab grown sapphires, Montana sapphires, moissanite, and others. If you have something in mind, send us an inquiry on the contact page and I will let you know if it is something we can do for you.
-
Where are you rings made? All of our rings are designed and set in California. We work with casting companies in Louisiana and Florida.
